Baked Specialties and Pasta

Spanakopita, A mixture of spinach, herbs, and cheese baked in-between delicate layers of phyllo dough, Served hot from the oven with feta cheese, Greek or Caesar Salad and tonight’s vegetables. $12

 

Pastichio, Bess’s family recipe of layered macaroni, seasoned beef and her Mom’s special Greek custard baked with cheese. Served hot and fresh from the oven with Greek or Caesar Salad and fresh sautéed  vegetables . $14

 

Mousaka, The pastichio alternative, Layers of seasoned ground beef,potatoes, eggplant and tomato under a blanket of traditional Greek custard topped with cheese with Greek or Caesar Salad and Fresh sautéed Veg.. $15

 

Pasta Corfu, Fresh seasonal vegetables, sautéed with sweet peppers red onion in a rich sun dried tomato and sherry sauce with artichoke and calamata olives, Tossed with our fresh daily pasta topped  and with feta cheese.…$15

 

Meat Lasagna, A not so traditional fare but with the same family goodness, layers of pasta with  tomato, ricotta, a special cheese blend with sliced meat balls and a hot seasoned sausage, smothered with tomato sauce, more cheese, finished in the hearth oven served with a Greek or Caesar Salad. $14

 

 

Seafood

 

Nikolaos Seafood, Shrimp scallops, calamari and tonight’s fish of the day sautéed with garlic and olive oil. Finished with in a rich  cream, and pesto sauce. With pasta topped with Romano cheese $23

 

Scallops Souvlaki, Sea scallops lightly seasoned with our special spice blend and char-broiled over a hard wood fire and served on a bed of rice with ourseasoned vegetables. $19

 

Shrimp Saganaki, succulent shrimp in the traditional Greek braising of red wine with sun dried tomato pesto, red onion, red and yellow peppers and garlic topped off with feta cheese and finished with our brick oven. Served over orzo or pasta of the day $18

 

Brick oven Salmon, Fresh daily, we lightly season the salmon and cook as only the hearth oven can, with a light sweet taste form the smoke and extra natural juice from the intense heat of the oven. Served with Tonight’s special vegetable and rice $17

 

Calamari Adrinaki, Fresh rings and tentacles sautéed with sweet peppers, fresh roma tomatoes, Bermuda onion, and tomato pesto, with a hint of sherry and white wine and lemon juice tossed with our ever changing pasta of the day. Topped with fresh grated Romano cheese . $17

 

Seafood Kallonis, Daily assortment of shrimp, scallops, mussels, and the fish of the day. Braised with a tomato pesto and sherry sauce with pineapple and seasoned to taste (mild or hot) with our own blend of spice and gently tossed with our ample serving of daily pasta. $23
