Brick Oven Chicken 1/2  of our famous Brick Oven Roasted Chicken basted with natural juices and light spices. Served with Chef’s potato, roasted veggies and pan juices. $16

 

Grilled peasant chicken, Grilled chicken breast served on a bed of our own farmers cheese, with sweet pepper, olives and artichokes and complemented with our house vegetable and choice of rice or potato $16

 

Chicken Lemonade~. Marinated chicken souvlaki char grilled and finished in the hearth oven with our special lemon preserve . Served on a bed of our house rice and surrounded by our house vegetables $14

 

Chicken Parm Fresh Chicken Breast butterflied seasoned and wood grilled resting on heaped past of the day, bathed in our marinara sauce topped with shreded parm, finished in the Brick oven served with our famous greek salad. .$15

 

Pesto chicken and tomato. A simple dish of chicken scallops sautéed with garlic, tomato, chicken broth, Basil Pesto, white wine, and sherry. Served tossed with the pasta of the day and topped with Romano cheese $14

 

 

 

 

 

    Lamb, Beef, and Pork

Souvlaki, What could be more traditional. Three hand packed wood skewers of beef, pork, lamb,or  chicken. Lightly seasoned and on a bed of rice with a copious amount of freshly prepared vegetables.

Stifatho, A recipe dating back to the dead sea scrolls, combines the freshest meat slowly braised with sweet peppers, onion, sun dried tomato pesto and succulent wines, finished in the hearth oven and served on a bed of orzo or rice. with a garnish of feta cheese.

Lamb shank Mytilini, A family recipe handed down through the generations, Fresh lamb shanks slowly braised with fresh carrots, onion and celery with red wine, port and sherry and our secret spice blend just until the meat almost falls off the bone. Served with a rich sauce with vegetables on a bed of orzo . $18

 

Cap less sirloin, A New York strip steak broiled over our wood grill to the right temperature, topped with port wine infused caramelized onion, Served with potato or rice and a bed of our fresh daily vegetable . $19

 

Pork tenderloin,  lightly marinated in our special recipe, and grilled over the  hard wood coals and finished in the hearth oven to seal in the extra juice, served sliced with a bed of rice and our daily vegetable. $17
